I am French all right. Leaving his sunbathed island on the Atlantic coast he moved and settled to Oslo many years ago. He quickly entered the Norwegian film industry as a scenic painter and got a real kick at it. More than 50 feature films creating the illusion of reality, researching materials and developing painting skills that he started to blend in his artistic projects.

Moving forward in time. He is now head painter at the performing arts department of the Oslo National Academy Of The arts. Films sets and film stars have been replaced by the energy of tomorrows Norwegian stars. Here we go again.

Time to be a star.

Using everything he got his hands on he creates individual pieces where you can immerse yourself . Silver screenish works of art. They burn through your eyes at first with a blast of colors then through your brain where you try to comprehend what just happened and what is the meaning of all this. 

What does it mean? 

Nothing and everything, like a sudden desire to smash through walls with boxing gloves, to scratch a black board with mittens, to spit love words to the face of someone you hate. 

Just to see. 

A controlled impulse on the border line of a personality disorder.

Fuck you Freud.

Disturbing. Makes somebody laughs then realize it was not that all funny. Cheerful colors should not fool you. Words take you somewhere, like lyrics of a forgotten song that just pops up in your head. What was the rest of it?  What was the film about? Melodrama or a comedy? 

Both of them your highness. 

Marcouiller proposes, suggests and offers his hand to the one who is willing to accept it and enter the dance .
